Christine Santana (Attorney)
Christine E. Santana told her parents she wanted to be a lawyer when she was in 7th grade after she had been chosen by her teacher to be the defense attorney in a mock trial at school. It became her mission to finish school as quickly as possible so she could become an attorney and start helping others through the legal process. Christine finished law school when she was 23 years old.
Christine was born and raised in Miami, Florida to Cuban parents who instilled in her the importance of hard work and compassion for others. Christine has over 29 years of experience as a practicing attorney and is licensed to practice law in Texas and in Florida. Christine was also an Adjunct Faculty Professor in the Bachelor’s Program in Legal Studies in a local university when she resided in Florida.
Having lost her father at a young age to cancer, Christine understands the importance of having quality time with your family and appreciating every minute you have with them. Most of Christine’s family moved to Texas from Florida which led Christine to move to Texas and make it her home.
In her free time, Christine loves exploring new restaurants, towns, cities and countries with her husband and laughing and spending quality time with her 84 year old mother.
Stephanie Long (Attorney)
Stephanie is from the Shenandoah Valley in Virginia and went to college just over the mountains at the University of Virginia. Staying in the ACC, she attended law school at the University of North Carolina (while remaining a Virginia fan). Here at Mike Massey Law, Stephanie focuses her practice on providing comprehensive and compassionate estate planning services to her clients. She is committed to helping families meet their estate planning goals and giving them peace of mind that their loved ones will be taken care of. She is also passionate about her pro bono work here in Texas as a volunteer attorney for the Veterans Assistance Clinic and the CANlaw Wills Clinic for clients battling cancer. For Stephanie, a day does not start until she has had her coffee. She is a firm believer that iced coffee is a year-round drink (particularly in the Austin climate). On the weekends, you can find her hiking around Texas state parks or paddle boarding on Lady Bird Lake.
Melissa Klein (Client Service Manager)
Melissa was raised in the rolling hills of southwest Ohio and graduated from the University of Cincinnati. Go Bearcats! Growing up, Melissa was given strong Christian beliefs and values, including helping others without expecting anything in return. Melissa has had the opportunity to continue to serve others through her church, mission trip, her daughters’ schools and now at Mike Massey Law, PLLC. Outside of the office, Melissa is usually busy with her family (including the four-legged ones), exploring Austin and the surrounding towns. Melissa loves to travel, read a good mystery or try a new recipe.
